Who We Are
Motion Capture 3D is an independent optical motion-capture studio in Athens, Greece. Our 30-camera Vicon system supports entertainment production, human-movement datasets, biomechanical research and specialist interaction capture.
Led by PhD-level biomechanics and motion-capture specialists, we provide direct technical support from project planning through capture, cleanup, quality control and delivery. Clients can attend in person or manage international projects remotely.

Full-Body & Interaction Capture
High-precision capture in our 30-camera Vicon main studio for single performers, multi-person scenes and prop-based interaction. A separate 20-camera mobile system is available for capture at suitable external locations. Our services support games, film, XR, AI motion datasets and movement research.
Facial Performance Capture
Synchronized facial and full-body performance capture for digital characters, cinematic animation, virtual production and MetaHuman workflows. Helmet-mounted cameras preserve facial performance while the actor moves naturally.
Hand & Finger Capture
Synchronized hand and finger capture for expressive gestures, object handling, tool use and character performance. Finger data can be delivered alongside full-body motion and tracked-prop data.

3D Gait Analysis & Sports Biomechanics
Led by PhD-level biomechanics and physiotherapy specialists, we provide 3D analysis of gait, rehabilitation, exercise and sports movement.
